The kernels here provided are automatically compiled with the (unmodified / original) sources provided by the Linux Kernel team
from kernel.org or github.com/torvalds/linux (for mainline),
therefore no testing is done on them and no warranty (of any kind) is provided to the users, regarding their use. All we do is to provide the building service. We recommend,
as precaution, that you make a backup of your system before installing any of our built kernels.
Security and prohibited conduct
To ensure safe, reliable, and secure services to all users, you agree not to engage in, or attempt to engage in, any activity that compromises the integrity, performance and security of our services. Specifically, you agree that you will not:
Interfere with the infrastructure, namely attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability on our systems, networks, or security measures, or breach any security or authentication protocols.
Launch automated attacks, namely generate, distribute, or facilitate any form of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, flood requests, or utilize automated scripts, bots, or crawlers designed to overload, disrupt, or crash our servers.
Transmit malicious code, namely upload, post, or transmit any viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material designed to damage, intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
Spam and abuse, namely use the services to transmit unsolicited bulk communications, phishing messages, chain letters, or engage in any form of harvesting user data without consent.
Circumvent protections, namely bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with any technological measures implemented by us or any third parties to protect the services (such as rate-limiting, firewalls).
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you must agree to abide by Stripe's terms and conditions
and their privacy policy when making payments, you can read its terms and conditions at
https://stripe.com/legal/ssa and the privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You authorize us (via Stripe) to automatically charge the then-current renewal fee to your payment method.
We are not responsible, liable, or accountable for any errors, bugs, technical failures, processing delays, network outages, unauthorized access, fraudulent activities, security breaches, or system downtimes originating from or caused by Stripe.
Repository subscriptions
Each repository subscription is limited to 100 downloads per month. Only when the user downloads a linux-image debian package (e.g. linux-image-example_amd64.deb) it is counted as one download, other files downloaded from the repository aren't counted as downloads. This restriction is to prevent service abuse. In case you need higher downloads per subscription you can contact us.
The files on your repository subscription can change frequently. There is no guarantee for how long a file will still be available. Usually the files are moved according to the kernel.org moniker changes, so they can move from one repository to another (e.g. from mainline to stable) or they can be entirely removed (e.g. end of life (eol) kernels are guaranteed to be removed).
Service availability
While we aim to provide the latest kernels as quick as possible and to be always online, we cannot guarantee
it. We may temporarily suspend the access for maintenance or upgrades. We may also suspend or terminate your
access in case you violate these terms.
No liability
We are not liable for any damage arising from the use of our services.
Enforcement and suspension
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the services, without prior notice, if you break any of these terms of use. We may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who compromise the services integrity, performance or security.
Change of the terms of use
We may change these terms at anytime. If there is a meaningfully change we will add a notification
on the main page for at least one month.
If you continue to use our services, after the notification, it means you accept the new terms.
